Exchange Policy

At Sahiba Couture, we offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Customers must provide a proper unboxing/opening video while opening the parcel. This video is required to claim any return or exchange for issues such as: Damaged product, Wrong product, Missing item, Size issue, Defective product. Without a valid opening video, return or exchange requests will not be processed.

We accept exchange requests only after the returned product is received at our office and successfully inspected by our team. The exchange process will be initiated within 3 days after the product reaches our office. To request an exchange, customers must share : Clear photos of the product, Unboxing / opening video, Visible issue (size issue, damaged item, wrong product, or defect) Note: Photo/video proof is mandatory for exchange approval.

Please make sure the product is returned in original condition, exactly as it was shipped : Unused, Unwashed, Not torn or damaged by customer, With original tags, With original packaging. If the product is found to be used, washed, torn, damaged, or without original tags/packaging, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Opening video is mandatory for any claim. Exchange will be processed only after product inspection. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items
